Reassessment Prep Checklist

Getting ready for a planning meeting or reassessment is mostly about being organised. Tick things off as you go. Do it over days, not in one sitting.

1. Gather your paperwork

Tip: put everything in one folder, paper or digital. One place, no hunting.

2. Check what is current

Older evidence is not useless. It just helps to know what is fresh and what is not.

3. Write down how things really are

Plain words are enough. You are describing your life, not writing a report.

4. Think about the meeting itself

5. After the meeting

Want help with the writing parts? The free Plan Explainer and Plan Checklist are a good next step. Everything stays on your device.
