About & help
Who makes this site, what it is and isn't, and where to get help.
Who makes Plan Decoder
Plan Decoder is made by Fallon, an experienced NDIS support worker with years of hands-on experience supporting self-managed and plan-managed participants, and lived experience of the scheme from the inside.
Being upfront: Fallon is not an allied health professional, an assessor, or a lawyer. That's exactly why this site works the way it does. Nothing here assesses you or gives advice. Every tool helps you organise your own information, in your own words, so the qualified people in your life can do their jobs better.
Where to get real advice
For decisions about your plan, talk to your Local Area Coordinator, support coordinator, plan manager, or a professional who knows your situation. Free, independent advocacy is available through the Disability Advocacy Finder. For official information, visit ndis.gov.au.

Contact and feedback
Found a mistake, a broken link, or an out-of-date number? Have an idea, or just want to say something worked for you? Email [email protected]. Members' emails get answered first, but everyone gets an answer.
Feedback genuinely shapes what gets built next. The founding members have steered most of what's on this site.
