About & help

Who makes this site, what it is and isn't, and where to get help.

Who makes Plan Decoder

Plan Decoder is made by Fallon, an experienced NDIS support worker with years of hands-on experience supporting self-managed and plan-managed participants, and lived experience of the scheme from the inside.

Being upfront: Fallon is not an allied health professional, an assessor, or a lawyer. That's exactly why this site works the way it does. Nothing here assesses you or gives advice. Every tool helps you organise your own information, in your own words, so the qualified people in your life can do their jobs better.

What this site is, and isn't. Plan Decoder is a preparation and organisation aid. It is independent and not connected to the NDIA, the NDIS, or any government agency. It does not assess, diagnose, predict funding outcomes, or give professional, legal, or financial advice. NDIS decisions are made by the NDIA and are discretionary.

Where to get real advice

For decisions about your plan, talk to your Local Area Coordinator, support coordinator, plan manager, or a professional who knows your situation. Free, independent advocacy is available through the Disability Advocacy Finder. For official information, visit ndis.gov.au.
